The cleaning staff is friendly; if you ask for extra towels, toilet paper, or anything else, they'll give it to you without hesitation. Another issue was the air conditioning; at one point, it stopped cooling and just made a lot of noise, sounding like it was going to explode, which kept us from sleeping. Algunos puntos malos que encontramos en nuestra estadía es que el servicio de limpieza es algo que tienes que pedir si es que lo quieres cada día, tienes que llamar para pedirlo y así lo hagan, el personal de limpieza es amable si pides toallas o papel higiénico extra o alguna otra cosa te lo dan sin problemas, otro problema fue el aire acondicionado en cierto momento dejo de enfriar y solo hacia mucho ruido, pareciendo que iba a explotar y no nos dejaba dormir. Al contrario de muchos comentarios el cuarto no olía mal, no estaba sucio y tampoco habia presencia de moho, así que recomiendo que vayan y vivan su propia experiencia, no es el mejor hotel pero cumple su función.
Just checked in… I will update at end of stay. But for now we did have a small hiccup. We reserved 2 queen beds when we got to the room on the bay side it wasn’t 2 queen it was just 1 king and compared to the ocean side this was not the nice part of the hotel. We shared with them the mistake and they promptly corrected the mistake. Me having the chance to see both sides I would definitely stay on ocean side. Looks like ocean side has had some upgrades and renovations. I’ll add pics later. The bay side the windows were dirty and the top of the roof view, not a nice view. Ocean side has view of pool and the room was much nicer. They should prob do some upgrades to the tub both rooms tubs looked dated. Pool closes at 630. We came from Excalibur so there is a difference. The rates were very reasonable here. Week day rates at major hotels are phenomenal. Weekend rates not so much… so we are staying at a budget friendly hotel for the last couple of days. Came on Tuesday leaving on Sunday. Today is Friday. The young man out by the pool Name Ju Ju was very helpful. He was the life guard on duty and he was very helpful professional knowledgeable and courteous
