The check-in experience at this hotel was top-notch, the staff was efficient and welcoming. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The room was also disappointing, with poor maintenance and outdated furnishings. Overall, this hotel needs to work on improving its cleanliness and room facilities to maintain their five-star rating.
