I recently stayed at this hotel and had a satisfactory check-in experience. The staff was welcoming and efficient. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed to lack attention to detail in maintaining a clean environment. Overall, the staff was helpful but the cleanliness could have been improved.
