Not recommended at all Price not same with the booking..have to pay more when arrive there. They said my booking not available.. Receptionist is so bad and not polite to us..they said if want to stay..must pay the new amount..not the booking amount..if don't want to pay..just leave.. we are visitors and so tired backed from Makkah..and yes..we paid the new amount because no other options we can make it... Bell boy forced to give the tips to him. No mineral water included, have to give more extra money to get mineral water. No towels..when we ask,they just give a small towel like a kitchen towel..
