Love coming here for the proximity to all the action in Makati City, room rates are reasonable and the service generally pretty good. Check in can be a bit slow but hey it's the Philippines. Rooms are spacious and most times everything works. A bit dated now but that's the charm of the Palace.
The furnishings aren’t new (especially the bathroom), but the room was clean, safe, and everything worked, including the room safe. The staff was pleasant and professional, and if you are interested the Makati nightlife, the location cannot be beat. PS. The room was surprisingly quite given the lively neighborhood.
