The check-in experience at the hotel was quite impressive, earning a solid 4-star rating. The staff was welcoming and efficient, making the process hassle-free. However, the food quality was not up to the mark, resulting in a 2-star rating. On the other hand, the amenities provided were exceptional, deserving a 5-star rating. Overall, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
