The check-in experience was excellent, prompt and hassle-free. However, the food was disappointing, lacking quality and taste. The room was average, not up to my expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness. Overall, an average experience at this hotel.

The hotel's location was absolutely fantastic. The checkin experience was top-notch and the staff was very helpful. However, the cleanliness of the hotel could have been better. Overall, it was a delightful stay.
