Well. You get what you pay for. The only thing I liked about this hotel are their 2 hoteliers, Mr. Hassan and Mr. Khan. Both accommodated my needs like helping me with transportation when that isn't at all part of their service. The woman at the front desk should fix her attitude. At first she isn't likeable. No greetings at all. Seemed grumpy. But I liked her when I checked out because she smiled and greeted. The rooms smelled like cigarettes as well.

Being a Resident of Ajman i stayed in dubai for a week,through Online i picked Pallete Phoenix Hotel,it was rather a pleasent stay the room i got in mezzanine floor was neat and clean,the staff were quite helpful and so was the Securities arranging transport for me,the location is also in such a place,u can go anywhere in dubai from there
