We thoroughly enjoyed a lovely room with two full-sized windows on two corner walls. Staying on the tenth floor provided us with beautiful views. The room was spacious enough and equipped with a television, tea and coffee-making facilities, an iron, and a hairdryer. There was a bathtub with a separate shower. The bed was quite comfortable, although it was a bit soft and lumpy for my taste. The air conditioning worked well. There was a faint smell of drains, which I often associate with hotels abroad. Customer service was good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a room that felt slightly dated. We typically prefer a Premier Inn because we know what to expect for a better price. Unfortunately, we couldn't try the spa, which I believe would have enhanced the experience further. A happy couple here! I would recommend it if you can get a good deal.

The breakfast was lovely. The staff were very welcoming. However, dinner at the restaurant was rather disappointing. I ordered halloumi fries, which weren't homemade but rather from the shop. The pie and mashed potatoes were acceptable, but the potatoes were lumpy; I had to request a jug of gravy to mix in to make them smoother. My friend chose the small plates, and the mushrooms were a bit underwhelming—only five for £8.50, which really isn't worth it.
