location is very convenient, near to bus interchange and kluang mall. beside got lof of good food, beer, coffee, massage, hair salon, facial which all i need. front and back with carpark (not hotel private carpark) Lobby 24hr convenience instant food. Hotel clean but bedsheets a bit yellow (not dirty just look old), no lift, with window.
I had a wonderfully pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that I had a comfortable stay. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, with well-maintained rooms and spotless common areas. Overall, a fantastic experience!
