The staff at the hotel was really helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The amenities were decent, but there is room for improvement. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at this hotel.
So I stayed at Kulim Inn last week ... the aircond in the first room wasnt working, so I requested to change rooms and the second room was cold enough. Service was good ... reception and maintenance, though they were fasting and tired.
