Check in process. the staff is friendly during the check in and check out process. The room - the room is clean and the bathroom also is clean. The bed is comfortable. But the pillow need to be change because is not very comfortable & thin. The comforter is warm. The air conditioner function well. The room cold enough. The hotel located at a strategic place. Plenty of eating place to eat day and night. The location also near Kajang town where there is a couple of famous satay shop . There is also a MRT station at Stadium Kajang where you can take at and visit Kuala Lumpur. Overall staying at this hotel is a good experience and I will repeat it again. But you have to remember this is a budget hotel so don't expect it much. I hope you also can have a nice experience during you stay at this hotel
