An exceptional welcome from the reception manager who truly went above and beyond. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for and at ease. When I accidentally jammed my room’s lock, they didn’t hesitate to roll up their sleeves and fix it on the spot no extra charge, just pure generosity. Outstanding service and a perfect example of hospitality done right!
Generally good, affordable price, very near to MRT station and the manager and his wife are very kind. One thing should be improve which is the mattress. It becomes incline in a room at level 4. Fixing or replacing this mattress is required.
