Wow, the check-in experience at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They made the process quick and hassle-free. I felt like a valued guest right from the start. Definitely a 5-star check-in experience!
The checkin experience was ok, not great. It took some time to get the room keys. But overall, the hotel is fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
