I chose the 1 BHK with a view of the Burj Khalifa, and upon arriving at the hotel after 3 pm, I was informed that I would need to wait for an hour because the rooms with that view weren't available and weren't ready. It’s surprising how that could happen, especially with a confirmed booking; those rooms should be set aside for guests. The staff member named Uzair seemed to struggle with the situation and didn’t respond effectively, which felt like he was trying to create a false demand for that room to offer it to others at a higher price. After some negotiation and raising my voice, he finally managed to provide us with the room we had originally booked.
The property could use some improvements, as I noticed that while the staff consistently took away dirty towels, they didn’t replace them during my stay. I had to reach out three times each day for new ones. The room was decent on one side, but the other side seemed like it was still being worked on. I also tried to get in touch about extending my stay for an extra day through booking.com, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response. When I asked in person, I was informed it wasn’t possible. This situation prompted me to find another hotel for my additional night.
