Very clean and comfortable the lovely lady helped bring my aunties suitcase up the stairs as she struggles with walking as we were on floor 3, the hotel has usbs plug socket, access to streaming platforms and a nice shower all you need really and excellent location to Baker Street/ Marylebone and you can walk to Oxford street. the only issue was the kettle as we had to keep getting hot water from downstairs but other than that highly recommend

Clean and confortable bed and room. Hot watter, clean bathroom. I sleept verry ok and got a good rest. Yes it has some problems with the windows, and it s a little bit noisy on the street side but it was verry good for my 3 days London trip. 3 minutes from London underground metro
