Only reason I never give this review a 5 star review was because OYO (a company assigned externally to handle the management of customers during their stay) not because of the owner or cleaners. We were made to sit on the tile floors outside our room after 8pm and treat very poorly for a miscommunication on their part, and for a lack of listening when explaining the situation. There was an unnecessarily hard mix up that they failed to listen too and rectify, didn't apologise or show any empathy for us while we waited and nothing got sorted. Thankfully a cleaner let us in our room and we were able to continue our short, beautiful stay together before being contacted and unnecessarily asked to move to another room, at 9pm on our second day of staying over... I kindly refused and hung up. Obviously OYO are showing incompetence but I can't stress enough how good the owner was, upgrading our stay for free on arrival and was extremely warming and welcoming. The cleaners were great and very helpful and the room was beautiful. I'll definitely be staying again, but hope one day I'm able to speak with someone more local as we will be looking to stay here every weekend or two now , providing the next experience doesn't have much to do in terms of contacting OYO.
Location is great ....just few steps from the bus stop ...the room is very clean ....breakfast places are just down in the street .. down side room number 4 has no trashbin, only the one in the toilet. There were no towels available in room no. 4 I took the extra one from my friend's room, nomber 5.
