Stayed 1 night here as a stop over, rooms are huge my only qualm would be the laminate flooring if your underneath someone and the noise from other rooms taps and toilets in saying this i slept well, dining hall, lounge were nicely decorated, extra toilet door by reception needs a bit of paint and maybe move the Bleach bottle out of sight as it let's rest of hotel down a little but this is a minor point....staff are super friendly (thank you tatiana - hope this is correct- blonde female on front of house) ... good selection of both continental and hot English breakfast..my only request is provide bigger tea cups LOL. overall a great stay and good quality for the price...would recomnend..

This is a cheap hotel, so don't expect too much. But the location was just 10min walk from the sea front and around the corner from the train station ! Some parking in the grounds. Nice and friendly staff ! Our room was dated but clean , mattresses and bed stands were new . Family room has plenary of space . We had kettle ,teacups , tea and coffee. Breakfast buffet had cereal , yogurt, toasts and selection of jams as well as English breakfast ( egg, sausage , bacon , beans , mushrooms, tomatoes and hash ) served to order . We will go back when visiting this area again assuming no big jump in booking fee :-).
