Me and my partner have stayed in the hotel a few times over the last few weeks and we have had a brilliant time as the staff treated us with the utmost respect & fair play too them they go above and beyond for us, even if we book quite late in the night they always try too accommodate us, open us in with open hands which is very much appreciated, we will definitely be back more often in the new year as it’s one of our top spots too stay in Newport, thanks too all the staff 😊

"Must Stay!! This place is perfect for celebrating your birthday! It's located near all the best clubs and pubs, right in the city center. The staff is incredible, especially Prashansa. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, offering us a fantastic room that made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend!
