The building is quite worn since Belvilla took over from Holiday Inn. It no longer offer parking which is a shame. They have replaced the lock now with codes so you’d unlock the door with the code given. There are pros and cons to this and I’d still prefer a good old fashioned key card just in case if I lost the code and someone else picked it up or I forgot the code. I was given one of the rooms with a balcony, I didn’t use the balcony but I did noticed that the balcony door isn’t lockable, which is fine I supposed if you’re on the third floor. It was a warm week and you’d need all the ventilation you can in the room, unfortunately both the ac and the vent in the toilet are very loud and doesn’t seems to work to user input either. I believe the ac is controlled centrally which means you won’t know when it will switched on. Luckily for me it came on as I was getting ready to leave after a warm night of not having ac.
