The onsite team was friendly and accommodating, no matter the situation. The second room I received (also a single) was pleasantly warm, especially given the chilly, rainy, and windy weather outside. It felt airy, spacious, and impeccably clean. The breakfast, while labeled as continental, was quite good, featuring fresh additions like a variety of toasts, hot buns, and croissants, all served with a smile and a warm welcome. The staff's local insights and friendly demeanor were truly a joy to experience. The parking area is well-lit, private, and gated, accessible only to residents and monitored for security. The city center is fantastic, with plenty of great shops not just in the Mall but also in the surrounding areas of Nottingham.
What a wonderful hotel! As soon as we stepped into our room, the heating was already on, which was fantastic given the chilly weather right now. The parking felt secure, but I’d recommend arriving early to snag a spot since the car park isn’t huge; we were fortunate to find one. The train station is just down the street, and it’s only a 10-minute stroll to the town center. There’s a 24-hour off-license shop nearby, and takeaways are just a short walk away. The bed was super comfy, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The Night Porter was such a friendly guy. All in all, we had a great night and will definitely be coming back!
