Stayed for three nights. We had room 4 which is ground floor at the rear of the building, this is accessed via a covered sideway and benefits from having two external walls, so plenty of ventilation (there's no aircon) and less neighbours. Check in was straightforward and all staff were pleasant and helpful. Room a little tired, the toilet seat showed unpleasant staining but that was the only cleanliness issue. Overall a good experience, good location, convenient for tube, train, buses and car parking (in Westfield centre - £20 for 24hrs can stay 7 days). Would use again (if we got same room) :-)
