Hôtel assez propre, chambre convenable. Le petit-déjeuner offre un bon choix (bien que limité) : croissant, brioche, pain de mie, œufs, fromage, céréales, confitures, beurre, yaourts, café, jus d’orange et thé. Le réceptionniste est très aimable et serviable. La chambre a été nettoyée plusieurs fois durant notre semaine de séjour. L’hôtel est idéalement situé près de deux stations de métro : Queensway (Central Line) et Bayswater (District et Circle Line), ce qui facilite les déplacements dans Londres. Le quartier est à la fois calme et animé, avec de nombreuses boutiques et restaurants à proximité.
