Perfect for us for a two day trip to Bath to see friends, an exhibition, and soak up the sights. Although we suffered a deluge of annoying automated messages in response to a simple request after booking from the moment we arrived it was excellent. Lovely Georgian building...shabby but in a good way as it was spotlessly clean. Great, and tranquil (despite being on a busy road), location just an enjoyable ten minute bus ride to the centre, no problems leaving car after we'd checked out, lovely friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, comfy room, a bath in Bath, and pleasant garden. What more could you want? We'll be back - thank you
The room was very clean and comfortable. The building is full of history and character. Absolutely beautiful. Every room is different and has its own feel. We stayed in the Queen Charlotte Room and had a beautiful view of the garden. The only thing I could complain about was that the tiling in the bathroom could do with a little tlc. The broken and badly fixed tiles made it look a little shabby even though everything was very clean.
