(Translated by Google) “I want to stay here!” was my first thought when I entered the house. The entrance, bright, flooded with light and from here the thread of love with which Margaret and Owen furnished their inn runs. Pure romance! A staircase takes you to the 1st of 2 additional floors. The floor is warmly carpeted, peace and quiet guaranteed - colorful flowers and pictures decorate the hallways and the entire house. The room “Wow!” We had a large, spacious room with a direct view of the sea, inviting and cozy. We often sat on the two pretty armchairs, looking at a breathtaking view and drinking tea or coffee. We had a spacious bathroom with a rain shower. Everything was scrupulously clean!!! You definitely won't have sleepless nights here. The bed is so cozy and the house is quiet so a restful sleep is guaranteed. The breakfast was great! In addition to the buffet, consisting of bread, butter, jam, honey, fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereals, you can choose from a small menu between a continental and an English breakfast with additional options: sandwich, poached, scrambled, fried organic egg. Various juices, coffees and teas are available to choose from, wishes will be fulfilled here! Breakfast can be enjoyed with a view of the sea. I can recommend a nice conversation over a cider or a glass of wine in the evening at the bar. Margaret and Owen are excellent hosts. They love and live what they do. It feels like home here and you won't want to leave. Not to be forgotten is the team that supports Margaret and Owen. Their happiness is contagious. It's like a little family. I'll be back! (Original) „Hier möchte ich bleiben !“ mein erster Gedanke als ich das Haus betrat. Der Eingang, hell, lichtdurchflutet und ab hier zieht sich der Faden der Liebe mit welcher Margaret und Owen ihr Gasthaus eingerichtet haben. Romantik pur! Über eine Treppe gelangt man in die 1. von 2 weiteren Etagen. Der Boden warm mit Teppich ausgelegt, Ruhe garantiert - bunte Blumen und Bilder dekorieren die Flure sowie das gesamte Haus. Das Zimmer „ Wow!“ Wir hatten ein großes geräumiges Zimmer, den Blick direkt aufs Meer , einladend und gemütlich. Auf den zwei hübschen Sesseln saßen wir oft, blickten auf eine atemberaubende Aussicht und tranken Tee oder Kaffee . Wir hatten ein großzügiges Bad mit einer Regendusche. Alles war peinlichst sauber!!! Schlaflose Nächte hat man hier sicher nicht. Das Bett ist so kuschelig, das Haus still so dass ein erholsamer Schlaf garantiert ist. Das Frühstück war top! Man wählt neben dem Buffet, bestehend aus Brot, Butter, Marmelade , Honig, frischem Obst, Joghurt und Cerealien aus einer kleinen Speisekarte zwischen einem kontinentalen und einem englischen Frühstück mit zusätzlichen Optionen : Sandwich, pochiertes, gerührtes, gebratenes Bio Ei. Verschiedene Säfte, Kaffees und Tees stehen zur Auswahl , Wünsche werden hier erfüllt! Das Frühstück kann man mit Blick aufs Meer genießen. Ein nettes Gespräch bei einem Cider oder einem Gläschen Wein am Abend an der Bar kann ich empfehlen. Margaret und Owen sind excellence Gastgeber. Sie lieben und leben was sie tun. Hier fühlt es sich an wie Zuhause und so dass man nicht mehr gehen möchte. Nicht zu vergessen ist das Team, welches Margaret und Owen unterstützt Deren Fröhlichkeit steckt an. Es ist wie eine kleine Familie. Ich komme wieder!

It will only be right and honest if i start by saying this lovely, cosy, homely guesthouse was probably one of the best last minute deicisions i made whilst planning and booking The room we stayed in was the deluxe triple room - one large bed and one single bed, very smart and conveniently placed at both ends of the room with the ensuite in the middle of the room giving them their respective spaces - its ideal if you are travelling in a group of three or are a small family. The beds are extrememly comfortable. I always ensure comfort is of a high standard and this room of ours was just that - clean linen, bed covers, duvet and pillows. The furniture in the rooms coud do with an upgrade. Although the comfort of the room is not compromised in any way, the furniture could be replaced - go for a more modern approach wirh the furniture. The owners & the staff down at minivera guesthouse have to be, by far, the best hosts and staff i have come across in a very long time - thanks for everything and working ever so hard for all your guests :) And a special thank you to Margarate and owen for helping and sorting out a mini bitrthday celebration. it was my dads birthday on the last day of our stay with them but this birthday request and planning had begun as soon as i booked the room while in london - everything was brilliant. both hosts responded very quick and kindly and offered to sort out a birthday cake - asked for preference (full cake or cake slices, cake sponge, size etc) in the end i opted for a carrot cake whic was fantastic! we planned for a surprise cake cutting and it al played out well and was just brilliant - take you for the two glasses of red wine that went so well with the cake. A huge and sincere thank you to you both along with the lovely lady at breakfast who took our made to order breakfast order every morning. the breakfast was amazing, there are no ways about it, the options they provide should fulfil everyones morning dietary preferences - there is a decent amount of breakfast items to choose from. tea/coffee is self service along with toasting your bread. cooked bfreakfas comes in fresh and hot staright from the kitchen - just brilliant!
