The hostel was essential help in planning our trip. We started in Surabaya and booked two tours with them - the dirt bike mount bromo tour and mount ijen hike with drop off in Bali. They were extremely helpful and great at communication. I was in contact with Dinda before and she organized our transport to the hostel, provided us with all details for our trip, gave us tips for our itinerary and checked in on us whenever needed. I do not think I have had a hostel that was this helpful ever and we truely planned our trip around what had been facilitated by Omag Suropati Hostel. The hostel itself has a home vibe, great rooms, a great location in Malang and service is distinguished! 100% recommend, just contact them and they will make your trip unforgettable!!!
