The room was impeccable and luxurious, deserving a perfect 5-star rating. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free, also worthy of a 5-star rating. The food, however, was satisfactory but could be improved to match the quality of the rest of the hotel. A 3-star rating for the food.
