The room is cozy and tidy, and the bed has a fresh smell. It comes with a wardrobe, a TV, and a table, which is nice. However, it would be great to have a couple more hangers in the wardrobe, at least two. The air conditioning could be a bit cooler, and the bathroom could use some extra attention since the drainage isn't quite right. When you shower, the water tends to pool and seeps onto the bathroom floor, which can lead to some unwanted guests like worms. It would also be helpful to have a reception desk for easier access to questions or assistance. Overall, I’d rate it 7/10⭐.
Booking 1 malam untuk menginap setelah konser di Prambanan. Awalnya saya mendapatkan kamar yang toilet dan TV-nya tidak berfungsi, tetapi setelah bangun pagi dan menghubungi petugas, mereka dengan cepat membantu mencarikan kamar kosong yang sesuai dengan permintaan saya. Kamar baru wangi dan bersih. Intinya, sampaikan harapan Anda kepada petugas agar sesuai dengan ekspektasi Anda. Kerja bagus untuk petugasnya 👍 Hanya perlu menjaga kebersihan toilet yang bisa ditingkatkan lagi… Tapi secara keseluruhan, pelayanan yang baik dan suasana yang nyaman 🫶🏻 #ulasanjujur
