The check-in experience was excellent, with efficient and friendly staff. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with rooms and common areas kept spotless. The staff were helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!
I checked in and the staff informed me that I needed to pay an additional amount because the rate I booked through Agoda was lower than expected, which was a bit surprising. So, I ended up paying an extra 600,000 IDR on top of my online payment of 900,000 IDR, and they provided me with a receipt for my 8-night stay. I was quite tired, so I had to make a quick decision. The place felt safe, had air conditioning, and hot water, although it wasn't always available. It was located next to a newly built hotel. The staff were really friendly too. You can also rent a bike for 80,000 IDR per day. As a solo traveler with a large suitcase, I found this to be a decent stay.
