But in fact, when I went there, the elevator to the upper floors could not be used and only certain ones, so I ended up lifting my suitcases up the stairs, and all access was up the stairs to the 2nd floor 😒 Then, some of the beds in the rooms were no longer suitable for use, some of the ACs were also faulty so I asked to move rooms several times. Luckily, the guy served me wholeheartedly. If you stay here, don't forget to bring complete bathroom amenities because they are not provided there, breakfast is boxed rice. Hopefully in the future the hotel will renovate each room to make it even better, so that those who stay will not be disappointed. (Original) Milih hotel ini krn berada di tengah kota, trus pas liat review fasilitasnya lumayan. Tapi faktanya pas kesana lift ke lantai atas tdk bisa digunakan dan hanya tertentu saja, akhirnya angkat2 koper naik tangga, dan segala akses naik tangga ke lantai 2 😒 Trus kamarnya beberapa ranjang ada yg sudah tdk layak digunakan, AC juga beberapa ada yg error jd beberapa kali minta pindah kamar. Untung mas nya melayani dgn sepenuh hati. Kl nginap disini jgn lupa bawa fasilitas mandi yg lengkap krn disana tdk diberikan, sarapan pake nasi kotak. Smoga kedepannya pihak hotel merenovasi tiap kamar biar lebih baik lagi, biar yg nginap gak kapok.
