I must say, the checkin experience at this hotel deserves all 5 stars! The staff at the front desk was extremely efficient and made the process hassle-free. The location of the hotel is convenient, although I would rate it 4 stars as it could be closer to the city center. Lastly, the staff throughout my stay was always polite and helpful, earning another 5-star rating. Overall, a wonderful stay!
