I booked 4 rooms through Agoda and arrived for check-in around 8pm, only to find out that the hotel had canceled our reservations because they didn't receive confirmation before 6pm, as per their policy. Unfortunately, neither Agoda nor the hotel informed us about this policy when we made the booking. Thankfully, we were able to rebook the 4 rooms on Agoda, and there were still rooms available. A valuable lesson learned! The front desk staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful.
Chambre spacieuse et bien entretenue, le matelas était assez confortable. Le robinet d'eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas. Il est possible de faire sécher son linge sur demande. On peut également recharger ses bouteilles d'eau et se servir en eau chaude pour préparer du thé, des gobelets en carton sont à disposition. L'accueil était très sympathique et efficace. Une mosquée se trouve à proximité, ce qui peut être un peu bruyant la nuit durant la période de Ramadan.
