There is no lift but luckily you can help lift suitcases to the top floor, and there is no room service but you can order gofood etc. The service is very good, the location is nice and strategic, for us it is very practical because we like walking around Denpasar. Sayangnya kamar banyak semut dan beberapa kali gelas kotor ga di ganti, house keeping harus lebih teliti lagi. Ga ada lift tp untungnya dibantu angkat koper k lantai atas, dan ga ada room service tapi bisa order gofood dll. Pelayanan baik skali, lokasinya enak dan strategis, untuk kami sangat praktis krn kami suka jalan2 keliling denpasar. Saya suka nginep dsini, ada tempat coffee enak di sebrangnya tp harganya malah lebih mahal dr di australia sendiri 😁.

(Original) Sudah ke 2 x kami menginap disini , karena jarak ke pantai dekat bisa jalan kaki kurang lebih 500 meter , lokasi pinggir jalan ramai tempat makan dan cafe , kamar bersih dan luas , sayang parkiran motor harus ikut ke apotik sebelah hotel , pelayanan ramah , ada kolam renang dan restoran nya . 3 lantai hotelnya , saran untuk lansia yg ingin menginap sebaiknya kamat dibawah saja jd tidak perlu nail tangga karena tdk ada lift disana.
