The staff make this place great..All the staff from cleaning guys to particularly the man named Hendi. Even though he's a cook but he always helped me in many different ways like arranging transport, translating & making delicious foods based on my requests etc. The location is also excellent central & close to malls, markets and restaurants.Black walls in all rooms which is very depressing, not hot water in showers & all rooms being smoking. Bathroom ceilings leaking or molds, unreliable Wi-Fi in the rooms, overall poor maintenance as this hotels needs some repairs & refurbishments.
