Check-in experience was majorly disappointing with slow service and lack of organization. The room also fell short of expectations with limited amenities and outdated decor. Furthermore, the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. However, the hotel's location and breakfast options were commendable, earning it a 4-star rating.

Best hotel experience ever! The amenities were top-notch, from the comfy beds to the luxurious bathrooms. The check-in experience was seamless and efficient. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, I felt like I was in a brand new place. Highly recommend!
