I stayed at this hotel recently and I must say, the CCTV in common areas made me feel a bit safer. But the location is kinda far from the main attractions. Ub Tessa Flower is like 2.765 km away, which is a bit of a trek. Overall, it was okay.

I really liked the non-smoking rooms! It was so refreshing to stay in a place that didn't smell like smoke. The shower in the private bathroom was nice too, very clean. Just a short walk to Istana Bunga Aisyah, which was a plus!
