And I've stayed here 3 times. Checking in and out is easy, the staff is friendly. There is a pantry for cutlery and a hot water dispenser for making coffee or tea. While I was staying there I brought my own coffee or tea so I just brewed it using hot water. I saw there was a gas stove, but I didn't see any pans or cooking utensils just for cooking Indomie😁, my suggestion would be to add cooking utensils so that guests can at least have breakfast or make Indomie✌🏼😅 if the others are enough I'm satisfied as a guest , so I've stayed 3 times. Yes, it's quite a recommendation if you want to stay close to the airport for under 200k/night (Original) Kalau mencari penginapan yg ga jauh dari Bandara Udara Sepinggan bs ini salah satu nya, harga masih di bawah 200 k/ malam, kamar bersih, AC dingin, kamar mandi di sediakan sabun dan sampo, kamar nya ga terlalu besar tapi sekedar untuk istirahat sblm brgkt ke bandara ini cukup koq, saya suka yg di room 7, untuk ukuran sendiri ini room yg saya suka... Dan saya sudah 3 kali stay di sini. untuk cek in dan cek out mudah, staf nya ramah. Tersedia pantry untuk alat makan dan dispenser air panas untuk buat kopi atau teh. Selama saya stay di sana kopi atau teh saya bawa sendiri jadi hanya seduh saja menggunakan air panas nya. Saya lihat ada kompor gas, tapi saya tdk lihat ada panci atau alat masak sekedar untuk masak indomi😁, kalau saran saya mgkn di tambah alat masak supaya tamu minimal bisa sarapan atau buat Indomie✌🏼😅 kalau yg lain nya sudah cukup puas saya sebagai tamu, maka nya sudah 3 kali menginap. Ya cukup rekomen bl mau nginap dekat dengan bandara di bawah harga 200k/malam

Likely one of the cheapest option in Balikpapan and with good equipment/reviews.ndouble room (ground floor or upper), aircon, wifi, tv (11 channels, all in Indonesian, including cnn & cnbc Indonesia), power plugs (1 near bed, 1 near tv), coat rack, trashbin, small window. private bathroom, soap, shampoo, towel (ask), western toilet+toilet gun, small mirror, no toilet paper, no hot water, no sink.nCommon Kitchen with fridge and stove, water fountain (cold/ambient/hot).n30min walk east from airport with some parts without pedestrian path, angkot route 7.nNearby food stalls in small streets or on bigger Jalan Marsma R. Iswahyudi. Nearby post office and Pantai AURI Sepinggan (beach, very littered).Staff with limited english.nGround floor a bit noisy as staff regularly listen to music without headset.nMissing a living/common room to rest and meet people.nTerraces 1F (rooms) and 2F (prayer room, water containers) could be enriched with some tables and chairs which would make them good place to chill/eat.nnLocation near the airport is convenient but not much else at walking distance.nRoom surface is definitely not 63 m2 as said in booking.com description.
