Tempatnya terawat dan bersih. Tidak ada bau-bau tidak sedap, semua spotless. Owner lgsg yang menjaga kebersihan. Bapak/Ibunya responsif dan sangat membantu, tentunya beliau berdua sangat ramah. Kamar mandi communal, namun sangat bersih dan terawat. Sangat direkomendasikan jika ingin akomodasi murah namun masih sangat layak. Meskipun tempatnya masuk gang, namun mobil masih bisa masuk. Ada area parkir setidaknya cukup untuk 1 mobil.
