The check-in experience at this hotel was exceptional. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the process quick and easy. However, cleanliness was a disappointment. The room was not as clean as expected. On the other hand, the amenities provided were top-notch. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent check-in experience and great amenities.
