(Translated by Google) I stayed here for a week, early February 2025. Actually I was worried because there were many bad Google reviews. But because the price was cheap, I didn't expect much, just from the beginning I immediately told the receptionist to ask for a room with all the facilities that could function and a clean room. Then I was given room 306 on the 3rd floor. (-) This hotel doesn't have an elevator (+) I really appreciate the male staff who don't wear piercings, very helpful, polite and friendly, they look like they work hard and in unison. I came with 3 large and heavy suitcases and they helped me lift them to the 3rd floor, and when I checked out I also helped me bring them down. (+) The room's AC is cold, the temperature setting works well. The TV is on, the wifi is also fast and never goes out. Hot water is always there and doesn't change to cold water while in use. (+) clean bedding set, fragrant, no strange smells or stains (+) there is a balcony and large sliding glass doors, so the room lighting and circulation are very good (-) the room is very dusty, the tables and floors are all dusty. The door, sink table, door frames and balcony are even more dusty. (-) from the bathroom floor drain, small black worms always come out, and the bathroom floor is uneven, so the water can't go away immediately. (-,+) room cleaning service, bottled mineral water, and toilet paper are not given every day, but because I stayed here for quite a long time, I had time to ask for it 2 or 3 times and was given it nicely. (-) this hotel is not very soundproof, so the sound from outside the room can be heard loudly from inside the room. (+) the location is very close to the airport (-) the stair access from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor is quite dark and the stair floor is black, so it would be better to provide more lighting for safety. Suggestion: I think it would be better if the price was a bit more expensive but the cleanliness standards were maintained (at least change the bedding set for each new guest, and the room is clean). (Original) Saya stay di sini satu minggu, awal Februari 2025. Sebenarnya khawatir karna review google banyak yg jelek. Tp karna memang harga nya murah, jd ga expect lebih, cm dr awal datang lgsg bilang ke kakak nya receptionist minta kamar yg fasilitasnya bisa berfungsi semua dan kamarnya bersih. Trus dikasih kamar 306 di lantai 3. (-) hotel ini ga ada lift nya (+) apreciate banget buat kakak staff laki2 yg ga pakai tindik, sangat helpful, sopan dan ramah, kelihatan kerja sungguh2 dan sat set. Saya datang bawa 3 koper besar dan berat dibantu angkatin ke lantai 3, pas check out jg dibantuin bawa turun ke bawah. (+) AC kamar dingin, pengaturan suhu berfungsi dg baik. Tv nyala, wifi jg kencang ga pernah mati2. Air hangat sll ada dan ga berubah jd air dingin selama dipakai. (+) bedding set bersih, wangi, ga ada bau2 aneh atau stain (+) ada balkon dan pintu kaca sliding besar, jd pencahayaan kamar dan sirkulasi bagus banget (-) kamar banyak debu, meja2 dan lantai smw berdebu. Bagian pintu, meja wastafel, kusen2 pintu dan balkon lebih banyak lg debu nya. (-) dari floor drain kamar mandi sll keluar seperti cacing2 hitam kecil, dan lantai kamar mandi ga rata, jadi air ga bisa langsung hilang. (-,+) layanan kebersihan kamar, air mineral botol, dan tisu toilet ga dikasih setiap hari, tp karna saya lumayan lama stay di sini jd sempat minta 2 atau 3x dan dikasih dg baik. (-) hotel ini ga terlalu kedap suara, jd suara dr luar kamar kedengeran kencang dr dalam kamar. (+) lokasi dekat banget dari bandara (-) akses tangga dr lantai 1 ke lantai 3 lumayan gelap dan lantai tangga nya warna hitam, jd sebaiknya kasih pencahayaan lebih buat safety. Saran : kayaknya lebih baik kalo harga agak mahal sedikit tp standar kebersihan dijalankan smw (minimal ganti bedding set tiap tamu baru, dan kebersihan kamar).

Great value for a convenient location and decent facilities. We booked two rooms for one night for our family of four. There’s no lift, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, but the staff were very helpful in assisting us. The rooms were well-maintained and clean. The power sockets were the local two-pin type. The WiFi was usable, though not particularly fast. We did encounter some issues with the water supply, which was slow and cut off for a while during the night, but it returned to normal after a few hours. The air conditioning thermostat didn’t seem to work properly (set at 18 °C but felt more like 25 °C), yet it was still adequate for a decent night's sleep. It’s about a five-minute walk to a nearby convenience store and around a 15-minute stroll to the airport. There aren’t many dining options close by, so we opted for delivery through GrabFood. Breakfast consisted of local dishes (rice, vegetables, and spicy shredded chicken), which was a bit plain for our taste, but still enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend this place for its value, as our stay was quite comfortable for the budget we had.
