The check-in experience was smooth and efficient, earning a solid 4-star rating. However, cleanliness was a bit lacking, resulting in a 2-star rating. The staff, on the other hand, was exceptional and went above and beyond, deserving a perfect 5-star rating. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.
