The checkin experience was fantastic. The staff was quick and efficient in getting us settled. However, the cleanliness of the hotel could have been better. The room could have also been cleaner. Overall, I would rate my stay 5 stars for the excellent checkin experience and 3 stars for cleanliness and room condition.
