Sejujurnya Ketika chek in staf nya lagi main hp Pelayanan tidak ramah Kerika pertama kali masuk kamar di atas kasur langsung melihat kecoa Kondisi sprai yang kotor apalagi.berbau menyengat, tv tidak berfungsi Ketika chek out dilayani oleh orang lain
