The check-in experience was smooth as silk, with friendly staff and no waiting time. The room was immaculate, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of mouth-watering dishes. Overall, a perfect stay at this hotel! 5 stars all the way!
The check-in experience was disappointing, as it took a long time and the staff seemed disorganized. However, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, but it lacked some basic amenities. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
