Suasananya pas, tenang gak ramai soalnya masuk ke perumahan. Deket dengan JEC cuma 5 menit naik motor. bertiga bawa toodler, termasuk nyaman sih kamarnya. Dapet yg Edelwais 1 di lt. 3 cukup ngos2an bawa carrier besar wk tp viewnya bagus dekat dengan ITD Adisucipto sering lihat pesawat dari deket bisa jadi hiburan anak. Kamar gak terllu besar, ada wc dalam, cuma kmrin water heaternya gak jalan, untung airnya cukup anget. Dan boleh pakai dapur umum, ambil air panas jg sepuasnya. Dari mbaknya dpt info, jika ada yg pesan lagi langsung hub. nomor tertera aja, soalnya Aplikasi Oyo nya udh sering error, kamar udh habis masih bisa dipesen. Overall recomended bisa disitu lagi kapan2 jika ke Jogja.
