Decent basic room. It's a straightforward budget option, just enough amenities for a one-night stay. The bed is comfy, and the staff are super friendly. The place looks nice and tidy. The Beca driver knows exactly where to find it. The location is close to the grand mosque and plenty of shops to check out. At night, the toilet made some bubbling noises like 'blub blub blub', which was a bit loud and I could hear it while trying to sleep. I was a little worried about any 'surprises' from the bowl 😅😅. The shower and bathroom overall feel a bit dated, not dirty, but the metal fixtures (like the shower knob and head) look a bit worn. The shower placement directs the water towards the wall instead of right down, so I had to hold the shower head to rinse off... not a big deal, but it could be improved. Considering the value for a basic room, I think the price could be a tad lower.

Tertipu dengan penampilan luar. Awalnya saya hanya melihat hotel ini dari luar dan terlihat biasa saja. Saya sebelumnya menginap di hotel lain yang lebih besar dengan harga yang sama, tetapi saya membatalkannya karena hotel tersebut meminta tambahan sekitar 58rb yang tidak sesuai dengan aplikasi. Akhirnya saya pindah ke hotel ini. Setelah check-in, saya hanya membayar sesuai dengan yang tertera di aplikasi. Yang lebih mengejutkan, hotel ini ternyata jauh lebih bersih dibandingkan hotel yang saya tolak sebelumnya. Kamar sangat bersih, handuk dan seprai semuanya terjaga kebersihannya. AC dingin, meskipun sedikit lambat, air panasnya cukup baik. Air minum tidak disediakan, tetapi di lorong kamar ada air isi ulang/aqua dan gelas. Wifi juga cepat. Bagi Anda yang ingin menginap di Caisar, saya sarankan untuk memilih hotel ini. Saya jamin Anda akan lebih puas. Untuk makan dan belanja, di depan hotel ada Indomart dan kios-kios di sekitar. Pelayanan juga sangat baik.
