Layanaan yang diberikan oleh resepsionis sangat memuaskan baik pada saat check in maupun pada saat check out. Lokasi hotelnya bisa menjangkau segala arah dan keperluan. Di sekitar hotel terdapat berbagai pilihan sarapan pagi yang enak. Hanya saja disarankan agar layanan pembayarannya diperluas dengan mengakomodasikan platform pembayaran bank syariah sepwrti BSI dan lainnya dan pembayaran QRIS. Aecara keaeluruhan sangat memuaskan.
