The checkin experience was great, very efficient and professional staff. However, the food was disappointing, lack of variety and taste. The cleanliness needs improvement, found some dust and stains. Overall, a pleasant stay but could be better.

The hotel was a complete disaster! The cleanliness was terrible, the check-in experience was a nightmare, and the amenities were practically non-existent. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for a clean, hassle-free stay.
