El servicio desde mi primer mensaje en sus redes sociales, hasta en servicio en la recepción/hotel, fue bastante buena, la señorita de la recepción es muy amable. Quizá algo que podría parecer “molesto” para algunos es el estacionamiento subterráneo, da a una pendiente y está todo el tiempo cerrado, a mi parecer está bastante bien como método de seguridad, lo “molesto” sería que al estar cerrado son los de recepción o el guardia el turno quienes tienen que abrir y hay que esperar un poco, a mi no me pareció molesto, lo complicado es la pendiente de la calle, aún así no es queja. Arkana se volverá mi opción para hospedarme, quede satisfecha con mi habitación, servicio de comida, atención y el lugar. Gracias Arkana, los estaremos visitando.✨:)
