If this place was a hostel it would be one of the best in KL. Is it old and outdated? Sure. Does it need some modern TLC? Definitely. Is this place filled with warmth, laughter, chilled vibes and the most friendliest of staff. 100% Yes! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. No request was too much. And Dave the manager and his team are so kind and friendly. The room was basic but AC worked and so did the shower. Location good. And mostly I felt safe. If you're traveling on a budget and want character over sophistication, stay here. I would stay here again for sure.
The check-in experience at the hotel was smooth and efficient. The staff was welcoming and friendly, making me feel valued as a guest. However, the location of the hotel was not very convenient, with limited options for nearby attractions or eateries. On the bright side, the hotel amenities were top-notch, with comfortable rooms and great facilities. Overall, a pleasant stay.
